What is print on demand?

Your shirts are all print on demand. This means that we only manufacture/print your shirts after you order a t-shirt. With this system, it allows us to make your customised shirts accordingly.

What is the fulfillment period?

From the moment you place your order to the moment we print, package, and drop off to your choice of a shipment method, our average fulfillment period is 3 business days.

How do I contact you guys?

You can write to us at shop@waustory.com or direct on Whatsapp/Telegram and our customer service team will look into your enquiry and get back to you within 24 hours. Our operation hours are from Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm (UTC +8).

Where do you deliver to and how long does it take to ship?

We ship domestically and internationally with our logistic partners. However, we do not deliver to PO Boxes. If order returned to us due to PO Box, you are subjected to a delivery fee to get your order re-delivered to you. On average, our shipping delivery time is:

What do I do if it is the wrong shirt size?

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out. If you’d like a different size, get in touch with us at shop@waustory.com or direct on Whatsapp/Telegram and we’ll let you know what your next steps are.

What do I do if I want to change the shipping address?

Just drop us an email at shop@waustory.com or direct on Whatsapp/Telegram and and we will do that for you if it is during the fulfillment period. Do note that you can only change your order’s shipping information before the fulfillment period ends. Changes to your order after the fulfillment period might not be processed.

What do I do if I want to cancel the order?

Thank you for placing an order with us as your loyalty is appreciated. If you wish to change or cancel your recent order you will need to contact us at shop@waustory.com or direct on Whatsapp/Telegram as we begin to process orders immediately after they are placed. Based on the status of your order we will attempt to assist with your request. We can not guarantee that an order can be cancelled.

Note: If changes are unable to be made, we advise that you place a new order.

Can I change my shirt design?

Currently, it is not possible to edit shirt designs after payment. However, you may be able to cancel your order before the fulfillment period ends to qualify for a refund and repurchase your desired shirt design. For more information, please read our refund policy. Please contact us at shop@waustory.com or direct on Whatsapp/Telegram to cancel your order.

The shirt I received is damaged/defective. Please advise me on what to do.

Do contact us about the issue within 14 days of receiving your order. Any requests after that period will not be approved. Send us photos of your product for verification and we will review your case. Upon verification and approval, we will issue you a refund of your order in 3 working days.

Why is my item marked as failed delivery?

If a delivery is unsuccessful, a delivery note will be left at your address. You may refer to the delivery note and collect your order at your local post office or facility (subject to various post offices). All orders must be collected within 7 days from the date stated on the delivery note.

Please note: International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees. We will require a different address if there has been a failed delivery.

It’s been 30 days and I still have not gotten the product. What do I do in this instance?

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at shop@waustory.com or direct on Whatsapp/Telegram making sure you quote your order number. We’ll see what can be done. We will require a different address if there has been a failed delivery.

My tracking number says it is in my country, but I haven’t received my shipment yet. What should I do?

Please contact your local post office with the tracking number sent to you via email. Contact us at shop@waustory.com or direct on Whatsapp/Telegram if you need us to resend the tracking number. Be advised that sometimes the tracking information takes a few days to update in the post system. Your local post office should be able to research the shipment and provide you the most up-to-date location of your t-shirt.
